  • Sign a commission contract
    After both parties reach consensus on cooperation, a commission contract will be signed and an advance payment agreed therein will be made.
  • Confirm recruitment requirements
    Our professional consultants will communicate effectively with clients to confirm their recruitment needs
  • Screen talents
    Our consultant will communicate with the client effectively to confirm the recruitment requirements, and select candidates who best suit the requirements.
  • Arrange an interview
    And we will arrange such candidates to attend the interview at your company at your convenience.

You are advised to tell us why the candidate fails the interview so that we can give the best recommendation more accurately.

  • Inform the candidate
    Please do remember to fill in a candidate employment letter after a successful interview.
  • Start work
    We will confirm with you salary and benefit of the candidate and inform the candidate of the same.
  • Pay service charge/Contract completed
    Our work in the search phase would be completed after we confirm hire date and complete dimission management of the candidate. The service charge agreed in the contract must be paid off within 15 days after the candidate starts to work.
  • Follow-up service
    Follow-up consulting service is available after the candidate is employed.
